Prior to joining WORTHGROUP in 2002 Susan was part of a Design-build Construction/Architectural Firm that was responsible for building various fast track Casinos on the Las Vegas Strip and throughout the city. She joined the team in 2002 to assist WORTHGROUP in opening the Las Vegas location. Along with her office managerial responsibilities she also provides direct administrative support to Principals in charge.

She works closely with the Architects and Designers to help provide project coordination. In addition, she has provided administrative assistance to both the Human Resource and Accounting departments. Susan has been involved in the design build industry for nearly 20 years.
