WORTHGROUP Welcomes Steve Peck to their Las Vegas Office as Studio Director:
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — June 2020 — Steve has spent the majority of his 27-year career in the casino, hotel and hospitality industry. He was most recently the Lead Architect for the two highly successful major expansion and remodeling projects of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in both Tampa and Hollywood, FL, including the signature Guitar Hotel, totaling $2.2B. In addition to overseeing numerous projects for Seminole Tribe of Florida, he was Project Manager on Rivers Casino near Chicago and Sky Las Vegas, among others.
Steve collaborates with clients, development and design teams to achieve project goals, including all design phases, schedules, budgets and quality. Steve graduated from North Dakota State University and is a licensed architect in Nevada and Florida as well as NCARB certificate holder.
